Michael oversees operations for NICHE. Prior to founding the company, he began his entrepreneurial career as Chief Financial Officer at a Denver real estate start-up. He has co-founded several other companies including LuxuryProperty.com. Before realizing his corporate ambition could not satisfy his entrepreneurial passion, he served a term at the Financial Accounting Standards Board. He is an active Certified Public Accountant and licensed real estate broker.
Michael holds BBA and MS in Accountancy degrees from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, where he graduated as the valedictorian of both his respective classes. He enjoys triathlon, gourmet dining, and music.

Sean oversees new investments for NICHE. He's co-founded numerous companies including Vidli and Fairway Properties Inc. He plays an active and diverse role in marketing initiatives for many NICHE portfolio companies. He is an expert in inbound marketing, online video, technical recruiting, and psychospiritual technologies. His private consulting company, Threxnova LLC, still services select clients.

Darren graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA in Psycholgy and minors in Neurological Sciences and Pre-Professional Studies. In his free time, Darren enjoys body building, assuming the role of "grillmaster" at summer BBQ's, and studying exotic automobiles. Currently, Darren stands atop the NICHE ping pong hierarchy.

He holds a BBA degree from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, as well as a Masters degree in Secondary Education. Rob grew up in Casper, Wyoming – “the true windy city”. Rob and his wife Katy have three children, and enjoy living in Chicago’s north shore. Rob also enjoys historic travel, architectural design, basketball, and guitar.
Nathaniel Brown
Nathaniel is a serial entrepreneur with such ventures under his belt as hosting the sold-out, first ever Ruby on Rails conference in the world, which was featured in Wired Magazine. He has also architected web applications such as CMS and DMS for Fortune 500 companies. In his free time, he enjoys getting creative as a Fashion Photographer.
